Job Description
Topsort is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their Sales team in Barcelona. This role focuses on driving commercial growth for Topsort’s retail media infrastructure within the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will target retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps, enabling them to launch, scale, and optimize their retail media offerings.

What This Role Involves:
  • Driving commercial growth for Topsort’s retail media infrastructure.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Winning RFPs and deals against competitors.
  • Building connections through workshops, client visits, and online activities.
  • Guiding customers through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Topsort’s products and the retail media landscape.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA from a top university, preferably in STEM, economics, finance, or data science.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or product management, ideally within fast-growing startups.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work hard, move fast, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to learn about auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally.
  • Bonus: Bilingual or trilingual proficiency.
