Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and adoption. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product and technical requirements that align with both technical feasibility and business goals. They will actively participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure smooth execution and alignment with product objectives. The Product Manager will evaluate and select the best solutions by balancing trade-offs, feasibility, and opportunities for innovation. They will also continuously track product performance, maintain clear technical documentation, and ensure operational readiness.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with Integrations and Partnerships is a huge plus.
- Experience as a Software Developer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders and manage Enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business partnerships to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
- Availability to work onsite 4 days per week at our Santiago or Sao Paulo office.
