Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the integrations track. This role is crucial for connecting Topsort's platform with marketplaces and retailers. The Senior Product Manager will act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and sales teams. They will shape how new customers derive value from Topsort and how existing ones scale.
What this role involves:
- Aligning integration priorities across teams.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in retail media integrations.
- Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrations.
- Driving solutions to integration challenges.
- Leading discovery efforts with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborating with engineering on product requirements.
- Building materials and documentation for implementation.
- Tracking integration success and efficiency.
- Contributing to product processes and culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Technical background or strong technical acumen.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience working on APIs, integrations, or platforms.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
