Engineering Manager

Rush Street Interactive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their team in Toronto. The Engineering Manager will champion Agile principles and practices to drive outstanding delivery results. This role involves leading product delivery, implementing process improvements, and managing a team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Leading product delivery to achieve quarterly goals.
• Collaborating with the team to provide estimates and delivery plans.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
• Measuring and tracking delivery KPIs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a software delivery environment in a managerial capacity.
• Deep understanding of the creative process.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions.
