Job Description
Teads is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Global Growth team. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, managing relationships with SME Brands and Agencies, analyzing campaign results, and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-centric, and a self-starter.
Role involves:
- Understanding digital marketing best practices.
- Optimizing campaigns for various KPIs.
- Managing client kickoff calls and onboarding.
- Troubleshooting client issues.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-based insights.
- Identifying opportunities and helping clients achieve ROAS.
- Providing excellent communication via phone, email, video and direct contact
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in online advertising or marketing.
- Experience managing multiple clients’ campaigns.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Optimistic attitude and self-starter mentality.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with 3rd party digital platforms.
- Ability to work in the NYC office 3 days a week.
