Director of Events

Job Description

Overjet, a world-leader in dental AI, is seeking a Director of Events to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all experiential marketing initiatives. This role is central to Overjet’s presence in the market and brand experience. The Director of Events will own the event calendar end-to-end, managing logistics, budgets, and vendors.Overjet is rapidly growing, offering opportunities for career acceleration and leadership.Responsibilities:

• Overseeing event and tradeshow strategy.
• Planning and executing Overjet’s presence at industry events.
• Managing end-to-end operations for events.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing venue and vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and event logistics.
• Managing event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Tracking, analyzing, and delivering reports on each event.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in event marketing/event management.
• Expert interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to build event strategy.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and marketing management software.
• Up to 25% travel per month may be required.
