Full-Stack Developer - ShareGate

Job Description

Workleap is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their ShareGate team. The Full-Stack Developer will be involved in every step of product development, from solution discussions to shipping features. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features from conception to production. They will also take ownership of the systems and features they build, ensuring their reliability and performance throughout their lifecycle.

Role Involves:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and sustainable software solutions.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Taking ownership of systems and features.
• Contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Proactively suggesting improvements and identifying potential issues.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development.
• Solid knowledge of React (TypeScript) for the frontend.
• Comfortable working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure cloud and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous, curious, and able to prioritize time wisely.
