Later, a leader in social media and influencer marketing, is seeking a Director of Social Media & Influencer. This role reports to the VP of Corporate Marketing and involves leading Later's social media strategy and team, driving innovation and business results across platforms. The Director will oversee all aspects of Later's social presence, ensuring the channels effectively showcase the brand, products, and thought leadership to enterprise B2C brands and agencies. This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in building high-performing social media teams and demonstrating measurable business impact.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy.
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing social media team.
- Serving as the social media authority across the organization.
- Developing and managing the annual social media budget.
- Establishing comprehensive analytics frameworks.
- Ensuring Later's brand voice and messaging are consistently represented.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in social media marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing social media teams.
- Experience developing social media strategies for B2B SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated ability to tie social media efforts to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Experience managing significant social media budgets and agency relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
