Job Description
Altos Labs is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to join its People Team. This role reports to the Head of Total Rewards & Wellbeing and supports global benefits programs to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent across all locations.

Role involves:
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of U.S. and U.K. benefits portfolios.
  • Monitoring the external competitive landscape and emerging trends in benefits offerings.
  • Ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance with existing benefits programs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for the Payroll team on benefits program processing and tax impact.
  • Partnering with payroll, accounting, and other business partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits deductions and LOA pay.
  • Leading and managing effective communications and education of benefits.
  • Compiling meaningful data on the benefits landscape and current utilization.
  • Supporting global benefits implementation and administration.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the third-party LOA administrator.
  • Managing and administering U.K. employee leaves.
  • Tracking worker’s compensation cases and accommodation requests.
  • Improving and scaling existing processes.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including experience focused on EMEA benefits design and management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading all aspects of benefits strategy, design, administration, and compliance for a global company.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous experience with effective management of multiple vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be effective independently.
