Job Description
WiseEnergy is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with time spent in the Hyderabad office. The Finance Transformation Specialist will report to the Senior Transformation Manager in London and collaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues across the business.
The primary focus of this role is to scale, manage, and maintain automated and semi-automated reports, contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will also play a role in updating training and technical notes and supporting the BAU Team when required.
Responsibilities include:
- NetSuite2 migration support.
- Scaling, managing, and maintaining Solution 7 and PowerBI reports.
- Troubleshooting support for Solution 7 and Power BI.
- Impact assessment of system configuration changes.
- Asset onboarding/offboarding support.
- Continuous process improvement.
- Contributing to the transformation strategy delivery.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/CA qualification or similar.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance.
- Proven track record of successful process improvement implementations.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
- Knowledge of NetSuite (desirable).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Keen interest in automation and new technologies.
- Experience in managing automation/process improvement projects.
