Job Description
Vonage is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Mobile Team in Wrocław. This role involves managing Agile practices, optimizing team output, and ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery. The Engineering Manager will act as an escalation point for development teams, helping to mitigate issues and maintain a continuous improvement process. This is a hybrid role requiring at least one day per week in the Wrocław office.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the execution of Agile practices and processes.
- Helping the team accelerate development and optimize output.
- Maintaining company culture and delivering value to customers.
- Managing and building on a reliable continuous improvement process.
- Ensuring efficient delivery at high quality.
- Acting as an escalation point for development teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven record of leading, developing, and managing development teams.
- Experience with Mobile Apps development (Android and iOS).
- Experience managing a team producing measurable delivery of software.
- Experience leading delivery cycles with Agile methodologies in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with best practice work, management tools, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing multi-cultural and diverse technology professionals.
- Understanding of Salesforce and/or CRM (nice to have).
