Release Train Engineer

Job Description

Vonage is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Unified Experience product releases across CCaaS and UCaaS platforms. This role is within Vonage's Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE). The Release Train Engineer (RTE) orchestrates the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensures smooth value delivery. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading Agile transformations, managing delivery processes, and optimizing team performance using tools like Jira.Role involves:

• Spearheading Agile transformation.
• Leading the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration among Agile teams.
• Managing and optimizing the flow of value.
• Developing and maintaining metrics and reports.
• Facilitating effective communication.
• Collaborating with ART leaders.
• Evaluating and refining Agile practices.
• Coaching Agile teams and Product Managers.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in Agile Delivery.
• SAFe Certified (SA, RTE).
• Deep knowledge of Lean/Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile transformations at scale.
• Experience coaching and influencing individuals.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive and independent.
• Experience in dynamic environments.
• Collaborative team player.
