Vonage is seeking a Billing System Administrator (Zuora) to join their Business Applications Engineering team. This role is crucial for innovating cloud communications for businesses worldwide. The ideal candidate will perform administration and configuration tasks related to Zuora and related applications, ensuring timely, secure, and high-quality service. They will collaborate with product owners, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and support end-users.
Role involves:
- Administering and supporting Zuora and related applications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Zuora configurations.
- Supporting and maintaining Zuora integration with 3rd party systems.
- Maintaining knowledge of system functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Serving as an internal SME and providing guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing configuration experience.
- Certified Zuora Admin with Zuora Billing certification.
- Proficient in Zuora sandbox testing and production environment deployment.
- Skilled in Order Harmonization and Orders implementation; Invoice Settlement.
- Experienced in Zuora admin activities.
- Strong grasp of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
