Job Description
Degreed is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to expand its presence in North America. This individual contributor role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be based in the Central or Western U.S. or Canada. They will be joining a dynamic team that is transforming organizational learning and development in a skills-first environment.

Role involves:
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Developing and managing a strategic territory business plan.
  • Creating and driving revenue within a specified region.
  • Developing relationships with multiple personas across all product sales.
  • Generating leads from tradeshows and regional networking events.
  • Understanding customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process.
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Delivering impactful presentations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passionate and confident describing the value of Degreed’s solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident managing large, complex deals with Enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.
