Degreed is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to expand its presence across North America. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients. The ideal candidate can be based in the Central or Western U.S. or Canada. The Enterprise Sales Director will engage with executive leaders, demonstrating how Degreed's platform enhances learning, performance, and business growth.
The role involves a collaborative sales environment, providing the resources needed to secure significant deals and foster personal growth.
Role Involves:
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Developing and managing a strategic territory business plan.
- Creating and driving revenue within a specified region.
- Developing relationships with multiple personas across all product sales.
- Generating leads from tradeshows and regional networking events.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Delivering impactful presentations on technologies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passionate and confident describing the value of Degreed’s solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing large, complex deals with Enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
