Senior FP&A Analyst | Horizontals

Nubank is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Financial Planning (FP&A) team. This team plays a crucial role in helping Nubank make informed financial decisions by analyzing past performance and creating future projections. The analyst will be responsible for understanding the company's financial performance from a financial perspective.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analyzing, explaining, and projecting the consolidation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows for different legal entities.
• Improving FP&A processes to generate insights and clarity in financial statements.
• Understanding and analyzing the impacts of product-related decisions on the Business Unit's results.
• Automating reports by connecting them to databases from various sources.
• Building, updating, and reviewing financial models and simulators.
• Preparing and presenting executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and Management.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial projection and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Solid knowledge of financial modeling, with familiarity in cash calculation, equity equivalence, and eliminations.
• Strong analytical skills to manage and evaluate complex data.
• Strong ability to communicate proactively with different business partners and stakeholders (Products, Finance, Markets).
• Advanced knowledge in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge in Programming Language (Scala, SQL, and Python) is a plus.
