Apera AI, a Vancouver-based startup specializing in robotics, AI, and machine vision technologies, is seeking an ABM & Growth Marketing Manager. The company is backed by VC funding and recognized as a 2024 BCTIA Growth Award winner. In this role, the individual will be pivotal in driving Apera AI's revenue growth by leading demand generation and ABM programs.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the ABM & Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and expanding target enterprise accounts through integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns. They will collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager, SDRs, and Account Managers to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales alignment and optimize the customer journey.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies.
  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of ABM campaigns.
  • Serving as the primary marketing owner and expert for HubSpot.
  • Managing and optimizing digital advertising channels.
  • Managing conference and event logistics.
  • Setting up campaign attribution, reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with conference and event management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
