Product Owner

Job Description

Betsson is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will possess an agile mindset and effectively communicate the product vision to the team. This role involves defining product features and prioritizing the product backlog to align with customer needs and business objectives.Responsibilities include:

• Defining and managing the product backlog, prioritizing needs based on value, complexity, and strategy
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for new product features
• Working with the Software Development Team Lead to plan releases
• Acting as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders
• Participating in agile ceremonies
• Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes
• Ensuring that the product effectively addresses user needs while also maintaining technical integrity and quality

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as software developer and/or project manager
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Experience in the gaming industry a plus
