Implementation Project Director

Job Description

Garner Health is seeking an Implementation Project Director to lead and oversee the execution of complex client projects. The Implementation Project Director will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Director, Implementation and is fully remote.What this role involves:

• Leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of large-scale and strategic client projects.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
• Collaborating closely with clients to capture and document their requirements.
• Coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Leading client-facing presentations and conducting regular status meetings.
• Providing training and support resources to clients.
• Fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitating post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading client-facing implementation projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
• Experience overseeing the implementation of complex software solutions, particularly within the SaaS, health tech, or health insurance industries.
• Deep understanding of software implementation best practices.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
