Heartflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the development of medical-grade clinical and imaging algorithms. The Staff Product Manager will manage a set of coherent features, define scope, write detailed requirements, and ensure knowledge share across disciplines.This role involves:

• Defining requirements for clinical-grade medical algorithms.
• Contributing to feature roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conducting market research and gathering customer insights.
• Overseeing product development processes.
• Leading strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contributing to process improvement.

• Proven track record as a product manager with FDA-regulated software products.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of medical algorithm development.
• Appreciation for visual design and usability.
• Ability to mentor peers and lead teams.
• Customer focus and adaptability.
• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience with Software as a Medical Device.
