Job Description
SpotOn is seeking a Client Success Partner to focus on account management and client retention within the Seattle territory. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, drive referrals, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires in-person client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role involves:
- Developing and nurturing client relationships in person.
- Generating referrals from satisfied clients.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Addressing escalated support tickets on-site.
- Delivering in-person training sessions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Performing hardware and networking device installations.
- Conducting business reviews.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience building client relationships.
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering in-person training.
- Familiarity with hardware and networking devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel and work on-site in the Seattle area.
- Access to a car.
