Job Description
Tech Holding is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Help Desk Technician to provide remote technical support. The Help Desk Technician will be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution of incidents affecting hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves troubleshooting, logging interactions, escalating issues, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Respond to phone calls and ticket submissions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Log interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues
- Monitor open tickets and follow up with users
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: - Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support/help desk role
- Strong proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and email clients
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Understanding of VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic networking concepts
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- Must be available to work in Eastern Time (ET) zone
