Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their Global Program Management Office. This role focuses on PlayStation Core Accounts, Security/Fraud/Privacy, Identity, and Sony Accounts. The Senior Program Manager will drive programs and projects from inception through deployment on a worldwide scale, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product and operational readiness.About the Role:The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:

• Owning and driving end-to-end delivery of strategic and complex initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop program plans.
• Partnering with Product Management and Senior Leadership to drive programs strategically.
• Identifying and managing dependencies.
• Ensuring clear communication for status reporting.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts.
• Building a strong program team and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Driving software development programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of program management experience with software development and delivery at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of managing schedules, scope, budgets, and risks.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of technology.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
• Experience leading complex programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience driving process improvements.
• Experience with collaboration tools.
