Job Description
Zeals is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their AI Agent team. This role is pivotal in developing an AI-driven platform and leading the development of AI Agents. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and meet business objectives. They will define API requirements, manage dependencies, and partner with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for AI ingestion and development of AI-powered insights. The role involves establishing a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform, including democratization of AI, acceleration of AI utilization, AI applications, and AI orchestration logic.

Role involves:
  • Driving the development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform
  • Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams
  • Defining API requirements and managing dependencies
  • Partnering with Data Engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines
  • Establishing a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform
  • Leading cross-functional meetings to align development initiatives
  • Monitoring and resolving technical issues
  • Acting as a bridge between business and engineering teams
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in AI and systems design

Requirements:
  • Native or business proficiency in English
  • 4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some experience with AI
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of AI and software development
  • Familiarity with data engineering
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Business proficiency in Japanese language (preferred)
