Adyen is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to join their team in Amsterdam. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The Account Management team is critical to Adyen's growth, managing relationships with international merchants across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, becoming an expert in the global payments landscape through the AM Academy.
Role involves:
- Building strong customer relationships and navigating their organizations.
- Driving commercial discussions with customers to meet strategic and financial targets.
- Providing expertise and payment guidance to customers.
- Prioritizing and executing short and long-term projects.
- Serving as a feedback loop for the customer internally.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role (account management, consulting, or payments industry).
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Passion for strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews.
- Skilled in leveraging business acumen and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable synthesizing complex data sets and using data to tell a story.
- Excited to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
