Job Description
Adyen is seeking an Implementation Engineer to guide merchants through the integration of Adyen's payment platform. This role involves technical consultation, project management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process. The Implementation Engineer will be the primary point of contact for merchant's technical teams, guiding them through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform. This position is based in Bangalore or Mumbai.
What this role involves:
- Creating scalable solutions for merchant integrations.
- Serving as a consultative partner for e-commerce merchants.
- Collaborating with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Overseeing high-quality project delivery.
- Assisting the Sales team in proposing technical solutions to potential merchants.
- Providing consultation on optimising payment solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate pragmatic solutions.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the payments landscape is a plus.
