Job Description
Adyen, a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products, is seeking a Payment Partnerships Manager. This role involves advancing Adyen’s strategy with global card network partnerships. The Payment Partnerships Manager will build strong relationships across card network organizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in San Francisco.

What this role involves:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with global card schemes.
  • Defining and executing a proactive partnership strategy.
  • Negotiating complex agreements.
  • Coordinating high-impact projects.
  • Partnering with product, commercial, and finance teams.
  • Providing market insights.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships in the payments industry.
  • Proven success in negotiating agreements with global card networks.
  • Experience in acquiring and/or issuing is strongly preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What Adyen offers:
  • Base salary ranging from $169,000 to $220,000, plus RSUs.
