Product Manager, In-person Payments

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Product Manager to join their In-Person Payments team. This role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on building the core of Adyen's in-person payments processing, introducing new payment features and payment methods with a focus on the APAC region. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering teams in Bangalore, Amsterdam, and Chicago, as well as stakeholders across the globe.Role involves:

• Defining and executing strategic initiatives to advance the In-person payments product in APAC.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams.
• Enhancing existing solutions and creating innovative products and features.
• Scoping product features, from small improvements to large infrastructure changes.
• Ensuring effective tracking and execution of product tasks.
• Knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a product management role.
• Experience in the APAC payments industry.
• Ability to grasp complex and technical subjects.
• Experience working with engineers, designers, and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of turning data insights into product decisions.
• Strong business sense in identifying customer pain points.
