Job Description

Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration and work acceleration, is seeking an APAC SMB New Logo Account Executive. This role involves driving strategic business growth for new Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale SMB customers within assigned territories. The Account Executive will work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value and close sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Closing business and building relationships with accounts.
  • Providing excellent customer service and identifying strategic opportunities.
  • Improving best practices for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Creating and maintaining reliable forecasts.
  • Becoming an expert in Lucid's value propositions and target market.
  • Demonstrating teamwork and helping others.
  • Meeting team standards for activity and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales closing experience in SaaS/tech.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in the Australian HQ in Melbourne, Australia, twice a week.
