Job Description
Recharge, a leading subscription platform, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales organization. This role is crucial for driving growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities. The Account Executive will conduct product demos, qualify potential merchants, and provide solutions to build trust in the Recharge platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of merchants across various sizes and industries, with responsibility for managing the full sales cycle for each account.Role involves:
  • Conducting market research to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing sales.
  • Performing business, product, and technical demonstrations.
  • Using a consultative sales approach to educate customers.
  • Managing a pipeline with multiple prospects and utilizing Salesforce.
  • Identifying opportunities for teamwork with Sales Engineers.
  • Exceeding quarterly metrics and quota.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of inside technology sales experience.
  • History of success in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to overcome objections.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with a sales automation tool (Outreach.io preferred).
