Forward Networks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join their Federal Civilian team. This role is focused on driving sales within civilian accounts and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the networking and security industry, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.Forward Networks is a company revolutionizing network management with its Forward Enterprise platform, a vendor-agnostic "digital twin" of the network. The platform enables network operators to instantly verify security posture, accelerate troubleshooting, avoid outages, and modernize network management.Responsibilities:
  • Own the development and execution of sales strategy in the territory.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and generate new opportunities within focused civilian accounts.
  • Build strategic working relationships with clients.
  • Analyze potential sales opportunities using data analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Clearly explain the value proposition of Forward Networks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in Federal Civil Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in technology sales.
  • Deep understanding of the networking and security industry.
  • Experience in selling Enterprise software with an ARR model preferred.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Background in IT infrastructure.
