Job Description
OKX is seeking an Anti-Fraud Director to design and drive the company’s overall anti-scammer risk control framework. This role involves building a dual-engine risk control system that combines rule-based and AI-driven approaches, ensuring effective risk management during user acquisition and business growth while maximizing cost efficiency.
What This Role Involves:
- Designing and implementing risk control strategies.
- Building AI-driven capabilities for fraud detection.
- Establishing risk monitoring and early warning systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leading and growing the risk team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in risk strategy or fraud prevention, with at least 5 years in management roles.
- Deep understanding of fraudulent behaviors.
- Strong familiarity with common risk modeling techniques.
- Passion for the crypto industry.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
