Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent fluent in Portuguese to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves handling inquiries from global customers through various channels and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address feedback. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong understanding of company products and establish relationships with partners. They will also escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.OKX is a leading crypto exchange committed to reshaping the future with crypto and fostering a diverse and rewarding environment.Responsibilities:
  • Handling inquiries and issues from global customers in multiple languages.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of company products.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with company partners.
  • Escalating any queries or unresolved issues to Level 2/Supervisors.
Requirements:
  • A Technical Degree and/or above in finance, customer service & relations, linguistics, crypto-related studies, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in language-related roles.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese and a high level of English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work according to a given schedule to support 24x7 language-related operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent time management and quick learning ability.
