AutoProff is seeking an Automotive Auction Specialist to join their team in Padova, Italy. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of auctions and the platform by serving as a point of reference for customers throughout the auction process. The Automotive Auction Specialist will collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to maintain a unified approach to customer interactions.

• Being a point of reference for customers during the auction process.
• Ensuring accurate and timely auction price definitions.
• Monitoring auction progress to optimize transactions.
• Collaborating with teammates to achieve operational targets.
• Supporting and managing customer complaints.

Requirements include:

• Knowledge of the automotive market (makes, models, prices).
• Background in the Automotive market (dealerships or automakers or consulting firms specializing in the field).
• A systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Good time management skills and strong propensity for teamwork.
• Good communication skills, and fluent in English.
