PROJECT MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST

Job Description

EBANX, a global fintech company, is seeking a Project Management Senior Analyst to join their team in Curitiba. This role involves leading projects from planning to execution, ensuring delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations. The analyst will also promote project management culture within the organization.Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects using agile or traditional methodologies, covering scope, time, and cost.
• Mentoring and disseminating knowledge on agile and traditional project management to Ebankers.
• Consulting on existing initiatives with functional leaders across EBANX.

Requirements:

• Experience with traditional project management (e.g., PMI, Prince 2).
• Experience with Agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with practices focused on operational efficiency (e.g., Lean).
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Risk management abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing plans and initiative speeds.
• A desire for challenges and growth within the organization.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
