Lead Software Engineer - Sandbox

Recorded Future, the world’s most advanced intelligence company, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, running, and maintaining Recorded Future’s state-of-the-art malware analysis sandbox.He/She will extend data processing capabilities to provide rich reports on malware through static and dynamic analysis. The candidate will build tools and infrastructure to run diverse workloads, managing over 10PB of data, running millions of VMs a day, and processing TBs of data every hour. He/She will also build web services to help users effectively interact with the Sandbox and create tools to customize and analyze operating systems and hypervisors for malware analysis.Responsibilities:

• Extending data processing capabilities for malware analysis.
• Building tools and infrastructure for diverse workloads.
• Managing large datasets and high-volume processing.
• Building web services for user interaction with the Sandbox.
• Creating tools for operating system and hypervisor analysis.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working asynchronously.
• Proficient in at least one back-end language, preferably Go.
• Proven track record of building high-quality software.
• Aptitude for automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience with Linux, Postgres, QEMU, and implementing RFCs and protocols (a plus).
