This role focuses on expanding enterprise relationships and acquiring new business to drive revenue growth. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the regional go-to-market strategy.Role involves:
  • Leading and coaching a team of Account Directors.
  • Driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • Building a culture of consultative selling.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
  • Owning regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborating with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Track record of leading teams responsible for new business and account growth.
  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners.
