The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and challenging sales advisors to reach their full potential. This role involves translating strategy into execution and proactively addressing performance issues. The candidate should have an analytical mindset, a passion for results, and experience in demanding environments, with a strong emphasis on real estate.
- Analyzing sales performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Building strong relationships with advisors.
- Participating in the sales process when necessary.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
