Huspy, a proptech company transforming the real estate market, is seeking a Real Estate Key Account Manager in Marbella. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and challenging sales advisors to reach their full potential. They will translate strategy into execution and act proactively to resolve performance issues. The ideal candidate will use data, dashboards, and performance frameworks to build a high-impact team and lead by example when necessary.
Responsibilities: - Analyze the commercial performance of advisors using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and act quickly to resolve them.
- Build strong relationships with advisors.
- Participate actively in the sales process when necessary.
- Represent the Huspy culture.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup is a plus.
- Analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive and resilient attitude with a strategic and hands-on approach.
