Huspy, a rapidly growing Proptech company backed by global investors, is seeking a Real Estate Key Account Manager in Sevilla. This role involves scaling the performance of commercial teams and requires experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be analytical, results-driven, and thrive in a demanding startup environment.
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and challenging sales advisors to reach their full potential. They will translate strategy into execution and address performance issues promptly. Using data, dashboards, and performance frameworks, they will build a high-impact team. The role also involves direct operational involvement, including client interactions and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing commercial performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Building strong relationships with advisors.
- Participating in the commercial process (calls, closures, follow-up).
- Representing Huspy's culture of ownership, speed, customer focus, and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management related to the real estate sector.
- Experience in a startup is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with understanding of funnels and data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is valued.
- Excellent communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, resilient attitude with strategic vision and hands-on approach.
