Senior Survey Scripter

Job Description

YouGov is seeking a Senior Survey Scripter to join their operations team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will provide operational support to research teams across Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and APAC. This role involves expert scripting services, translating complex questionnaires into YouGov's bespoke scripting software, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Role involves:

• Providing expert scripting services for researchers.
• Scripting complex questionnaires using YouGov’s software.
• Testing survey logic to ensure it is error-free.
• Liaising with internal clients and advising on best practices.
• Managing workload to meet deadlines and standards.
• Assisting senior scripters in implementing new solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting and management requests.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with any computer language or web-design coding (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Degree in an IT-based subject, or evidence of similar computer skills.
• Strong logical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own deadlines.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
