Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Junior Survey Manager to join their Survey Management Team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of research projects, acting as a key link between client-facing and operational teams. The Junior Survey Manager will ensure surveys run smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Involves:
  • Managing administrative processes for Survey Managers.
  • Attending kick-off calls with Researchers to review project details.
  • Serving as the interface between Operations and Client Services, managing the project lifecycle.
  • Scripting basic to medium complexity surveys using in-house software.
  • Liaising with the scripting department for support with complex surveys.
  • Logging and updating milestones using the Ops Request tool.
  • Liaising with the Operations team for chart deck updates.
  • Formatting tables and checking Crunch Links for clients.
  • Supporting the Team Leader and Survey Managers with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Keen to support colleagues and team members.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • No/less than 1 year of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of quantitative research surveys.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Suite.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
