IMC is seeking an Event Coordinator to support recruitment and event activities in Amsterdam. The Event Coordinator will assist in managing international recruitment events, coordinate logistics, and foster relationships with partners. This role involves collaboration with marketing and employer branding teams to create event materials and support candidate engagement efforts. The Event Coordinator will also travel to recruitment events across Europe, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates.
Assist the Event Recruiter in managing and organising a dynamic calendar of international recruitment events
Work with third-party organisations, such as universities, faculties, and professional associations, to identify recruitment events
Help manage all logistical aspects of recruitment events
Collaborate with the marketing and employer branding teams to design and produce event materials
Travel to recruitment events across Europe as needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
A genuine interest in recruitment, event planning, and talent acquisition
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams
Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive event strategies and improve recruitment processes
Flexible and adaptable, excited to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel across Europe and support events outside of regular working hours when needed
Previous experience in event planning or recruitment is a plus
