Job Description
Instawork is seeking an Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is crucial for establishing business relationships with top hospitality partners. The Account Executive will report to a Sales Manager and will be responsible for executing the sales strategy for Instawork's B2B mobile marketplace app. They will use a consultative sales process to demonstrate how Instawork provides a faster and more cost-effective solution compared to competitors.

Role Involves:
  • Establishing business relationships with top hospitality partners.
  • Executing the sales strategy for the B2B mobile marketplace app.
  • Utilizing a consultative sales process.
  • Expanding accounts in the initial months.
  • Working an assigned account list for new client acquisition.
  • Delivering tailored sales presentations.
  • Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams.
  • Maintaining a healthy Salesforce pipeline.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in SMB and mid-market sales.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Competitive mentality.
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Instawork Offers:
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Base salary of $70,000.
  • Eligible OTE for a total of $140,000.
  • Uncapped commissions.
