Instawork is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This hybrid role, reporting to the SDR Manager, is crucial for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers. The ideal candidate will have prior sales or business development experience and a proven track record of achieving monthly quotas.
Role involves:
- Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Updating and managing sales activities in CRM
- Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Attracting new partners by engaging leads
- Pre-qualifying opportunities
- Developing prospecting strategies with Account Executives
- Managing accounts through the sales cycle using Salesforce
- Providing effective value propositions and white-glove service
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales development, business development, or related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Understanding of target audiences
- Experience with outbound phone calls
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- High motivation and willingness to take risks
