Instawork is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This hybrid role, reporting to the SDR Manager, is crucial for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers. The ideal candidate will have prior sales or business development experience and a proven track record of achieving monthly quotas.

Role involves:
  • Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation
  • Updating and managing sales activities in CRM
  • Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Attracting new partners by engaging leads
  • Pre-qualifying opportunities
  • Developing prospecting strategies with Account Executives
  • Managing accounts through the sales cycle using Salesforce
  • Providing effective value propositions and white-glove service

Requirements:
  • 1 year of sales development, business development, or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Understanding of target audiences
  • Experience with outbound phone calls
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
  • High motivation and willingness to take risks
