Job Description
Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of its AI-driven Marketing Agent. This role is pivotal in redefining how marketing teams create customer experiences through AI collaboration. The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of the agent's brain, leveraging data, context, and machine learning to enable autonomous decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision for the Marketing Agent.
  • Break down complex problems into iterative deliverables.
  • Build and test prototypes to validate concepts.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing teams.
  • Enable go-to-market teams by articulating product value propositions.
  • Structure and enrich data to improve the agent’s decision-making.
  • Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance.
  • Secure buy-in from executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML.
  • Proven ability to ship features that drive measurable customer outcomes.
  • Technical fluency in AI concepts and data systems.
  • Experience prototyping ideas and working hands-on with engineers.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics.
