OMD EMEA is seeking a Media Operations Director to lead the strategic integration of people, processes, data, and technology for a high-profile global client account. The Director will work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation, shaping the operational backbone of media delivery.

Role Involves:

  • Overseeing internal media operations and team processes.
  • Improving working practices across disciplines, including client leadership, digital performance, and local market teams.
  • Leading the global client relationship from an operational standpoint.
  • Developing future-facing processes to optimize team and client workflows.
  • Staying updated with the latest media agency tools and technology.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Media or Advertising agency.
  • Understanding of media planning processes and principles of media buying.
  • Proven ability to deliver process improvement within media environments.
  • Ability to assess problems and prioritize fixes.
  • Competence working with and managing data, ideally with PowerBi experience.
  • Experience implementing and working within project management systems (e.g., Asana/Jira/Hive).
