Job Description
BDG architecture + design is seeking a Senior Designer to join their London team. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a passion for architecture and interior design, possessing experience in concept development, project leading, and design visualization. They should also have a sound understanding of the technical aspects of architectural projects. The Senior Designer will work closely with creative and technical directors to deliver high-standard projects.
Role involves:
- Leading the design vision and execution of workplace interior design/architecture projects.
- Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with senior and junior team members.
- Contributing to new project pitches and conceptual design development.
- Engaging in internal initiatives to support design innovation.
- Coordinating with professional consultant teams.
- Presenting designs and managing client interactions.
- Managing design deliverables and content.
Requirements:
- Senior Designer background in workplace interior design/architecture.
- Experience with similar industry-leading Workplace Design firms and architecture studios.
- Familiarity with Workplace Strategy process.
- Technical coordination knowledge, building regulations, and construction stages.
- Proficiency in Revit (Intermediate User), Autodesk AutoCAD, Endscape, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
- A motivated self-starter and well-organized team player.
