Job Description
DV Group, a financial services firm headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Trading Analyst. The analyst will ensure the quality and accuracy of daily trading data, serving as a key link between various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve trade breaks or data discrepancies.
- Monitor and validate trading data across multiple asset classes.
- Partner with front office traders, risk, technology, and finance teams.
- Maintain and enhance processes and controls for trading data.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of middle office tools and reports.
- Escalate operational issues or control gaps to mitigate risk.
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis, reporting, and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a trading operations, middle office, or trade support role.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience with trading and reconciliation systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.

- Annual compensation range $130K - $175K + discretionary bonus eligibility
