Telnyx is seeking a Developer Support Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. Telnyx is an industry leader in global connectivity, building the future of seamless interconnection. In this role, the Developer Support Specialist will:
- Provide expert technical support across Voice, Messaging, Wireless, and SIP products.
- Manage and moderate external-facing Slack channels and the Telnyx Discord server.
- Debug and troubleshoot API calls, webhook configurations, and SIP traces.
- Gather and communicate developer feedback to engineering and product teams.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQ content, and community best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and content teams.
- Monitor and improve support metrics.

- 3+ years in technical support, developer relations, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience managing online communities (Slack, Discord, forums) with a focus on technical discussions
- Strong understanding of telecommunications concepts or experience with communications APIs
- Programming experience in languages commonly used by our developers (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
- Previous experience in a SaaS or API-first company
- Portfolio of community contributions, technical writing, or support case studies demonstrating your problem-solving approach
